I really took to heart what Master Ou said during the advanced training about devoting ourselves to nature, and using our rich emotions and sentiments to write about our experience. I want to improve my speaking and writing skills. Although I know it's months after our trip to Japan, I recently wrote a poem about my experience after being inspired by The Path of Life Volume 3 and I recalled the magic of the moments we shared.

The Relationship of Materialism and Idealism
How does the relationship of materialism and idealism keep surfacing in The Path of Life, and what does this bring to mind for you?
The concepts of idealism and materialism are often repeated and discussed throughout all three volumes. At first, my impression was "enough, already.” Then, the more I thought about it, the more I realized these are central, though often unnamed, themes appearing almost everywhere.

A Humble and Diligent life — by Anisha Desai Fraser
This last advanced retreat really got me thinking. I've been contemplating that Pangu Shengong doesn't remove us from the reality or responsibilities of everyday life. However, I believe that it does place our feet more firmly on the ground of what we hold dear, our core beliefs and values.

Anne Brown – Dec 2015 Qigong Testimonial
I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1999. Learning the Pangu Shengong practice, I also found out that, if I wanted to get better, I would do the practice for at least two hours a day. Nothing else was able to help me, and so I became completely dedicated to doing this practice.

Lake Tahoe, California’s Gift — by Angel Ghashikta
I just read the overview of Lake Tahoe Pangu Shengong Retreat in November 2015. It was perfectly written. I feel deep heartfelt appreciation to have been able to attend. It was life-altering.
Inspired by Master Ou's lectures and fervor for the importance of expressing our appreciation for Great Nature, I wrote a poem about Lake Tahoe as we were driving away.

How is God Of Saucer’s character different and/or the same from your previous conception of The Divine and what responses does that give rise to?
God of Saucer was about as far from the God of my understanding as it gets. Growing up in Australia I was exposed to Christianity but brought up with Hindu customs and rituals. This combination along with the spiritual liberality from my parents gave me a broad view of God. My father once described God as being everywhere, an omnipresence. The God I came to know as a child was a perfect, benevolent flawless Being though the relationship never felt personal, meaningful or one that could really be seen or felt.

Everything in the cosmos was created by a man
I find it very interesting that a real human created everything because just that fact brings a point of confusion to many people around this idea of "do we have the power to create our own reality or not?".

Observations within two years Pangu Shengong practice — by Eric Ernstrom
So many things have happened in a positive way since being introduced to Master Ou and Olivia, a couple years ago at a workshop in Gainesville, it would be too many to list. But, now looking back I understand why it is often called Pan Gu mystical Qigong. Things beyond a skeptics imagination occurred and for those open minded enough to go beyond main stream medical treatment and a plethora of pharmaceutical medicines that makes you sick, it is a prudent alternative to consider.

Pangu Shengong has been one of the best things I have ever learned — by Vicky Darveau
Pangu Shengong has been one of the best things I have ever learned. My father’s illness (Parkinson) is what motivated me to go to Naples and learn Qigong with Master Ou. Little did I know that even though I wasn’t sick and had a good health (so I thought) I would get so much out of that weekend in the spring of 2013!! Master Ou with his wisdom and his teachings has made me a better mother, wife, a better therapist.

Nothing but Gains in Gainseville for Pangu Shengong Event — by Marina from Montreal
I felt nothing but gains in Gainseville. The weekend retreat, especially the teacher advanced classes, was great fun. It was also delicious with Master Ou's cooking. While there, I learned the asset of taking on, participating in and learning the extra practices of Pangu tai chi and Pangu yoga that became a fun experience of increased fellowship and a helpful goldmine for me to more ably absorb and move through the fruit of Master Ou's seminars all the more richly and deeply. I was pleased to see I could work hard and enjoy a peaceful mindset for so many rich hours without any fatigue. I was delighted to enjoy laughter and skill building and a broad, loving feeling with so many wonderful others, too.

A Report from the Gainesville Florida Pangu Shengong Classes – by Jason Davis
I always appreciate the opportunity to take a weekend set of Pangu Shengong (Pan Gu Mystical Qigong) courses with Master Ou. He always shares his deep knowledge during the lectures and helps us to improve not only our health but also encourages us to increase the level of our kindness. I have taken the standard set of courses many times but each time the experience feels deeper to me. What made the weekend in Gainesville special were the courses being offered. There were two Intuition development course as well as classes on Advanced Topics, The Path of Life, Pangu Tai Chi, and Pangu Yoga.

Pangu Yoga Retreat by Anisha Desai
The Shangri La Rainforest Villa in St.Thomas USVI provided the perfect stage for my first solo Pangu Yoga Retreat. I taught Pangu yoga three times over the weekend, and began each class with a one hour discussion focused on a topic related to self cultivation. A couple of students were brand new to yoga and all of them were new to PGSG, yet I felt they were ready to hear about the deeper philosophy of cultivating the heart, and they seemed quite interested and receptive.

Starting a “New Life” at Eighty Years Old
For over 20 years, Yannong Ruan suffered from gastrointestinal disorders, vegetative neurosis, anxiety disorder, depression, and insomnia, and she often felt extreme pain and often thought of committing suicide. She also frequently suffered from the flu, colds, sinusitis, imbalanced inner ear fluid, dizziness, etc. Ever since Yannong learned Pangu Shengong, she has practiced it diligently and has achieved wonderful results. After the first 4 years of practicing, she no longer needed to take any medications and most of her illnesses had gradually disappeared. She is now 80 years old and has been practicing Pangu Shengong for a little over 7 years. She said that she has never been so healthy and happy in her life and that without Pangu Shengong she would have committed suicide by now. As a result, Yannong considers herself very lucky to have learned Pangu Shengong. Through this practice she has been able to let go of many negative beliefs, emotions and desires which have bothered her in the past and in the process has gained a new life.

This is How I Live Such a Healthy, Happy and Long Life
Huiyan Deng turned 95 years old in 2016. She had severe coronary heart disease 23 years ago. She learned Pangu Shengong in 1993 and began to practice it sincerely daily. As a result, she recovered from her coronary heart disease in 1994 and has never had symptoms since then. Using the "Five Practices" of Pangu Shengong, she has been able to live a healthy and happy life. She feels grateful that Pangu Shengong and Master Ou have helped her to achieve such a healthy long life.

Journey to Europe with Master Ou – Pangu Shengong events in the Czech Republic and Germany
It is always a great honor to be able to travel with Master Ou and meet Pangu Students from different parts of the world. The trip included four Pangu Shengong events in the Czech Republic and one in Germany. A big highlight for me was attending a moving form class that was held at an outdoor venue in Liberec, Czech Republic. There were over 50 people attending the course and the weather was perfect. One of the most touching moments during the trip was when an instructor named Richard read a letter addressed to Master Ou from the family of one of his patients, Jirina, in order to express their gratitude. I once again witnessed the profound healing ability of Pangu Shengong and the love that Master Ou and his students like Richard exhibit when helping so many people.

How is God Of Saucer’s character different and/or the same from your previous conception of The Divine and what responses does that give rise to?
God of Saucer was about as far from the God of my understanding as it gets... The first time I read the POL of life I was in the throws of studying Sufism and heart based healing, which left little to no room for a less than perfect God, and also focused on repentance, asking forgiveness for mistakes... After reading the POL I was stunned at first by God of Saucer's nature. Pangu took some getting used to. Not having much of a background in Chinese Culture both God of Saucer and Pangu felt foreign. God of Saucer's character seemed to bypass the idea of perfection, especially considering that HE was the perpetrator in the opening chapters. I felt a little afraid but also relieved that maybe there was finally another answer for my deepest question: why was there evil and why were humans continuously suffering?...

My visit to The Pangu Ranch for Advanced Retreat with Master Ou in December of 2017! – by Amista Desai
Before arriving at the Pangu Ranch I had only seen some photos here and there that were posted by Olivia ; but wen I saw it in its entirety it really blew my socks off:) The grand entrance to the property, the wooden bridge, the pond that came alive with the ducks, the winding road lined with the old oak trees and finally I am at the house...Pangu Villa!!
......
For me, it is alive, vibrant, colorful, loved and a wonderful teaching ground; so much to learn without being taught; just from being around Master Ou, observing, listening, problem solving, witnessing their work ethics; language is no barrier. hearts are connected and sing the same song!
There was no need to look elsewhere. My heart was full!!

Thoughts On Pangu Advanced Retreat 2017 — by Paul Fraser
There is always so much I want to say about an event with Master Ou and always, it seems, I find myself unable to express the depth and magnitude of feeling and experience that comes from a journey I know I am unable to fully comprehend.
Whenever I am asked, “How was Master Ou’s?” my first response is usually a stale, platitudinous, conditioned response: “It was great!” Or some half muttered superlative comes rushing past waves of gratitude, ethereal longing, incredulousness, surreal memories, perceptual overload, developing erudition and a vague sense that some profound spiritual history has unfolded and I managed to trip over it: “Brilliant…genius….fabulous…life changing, really…..” and I am met with a polite smile or assenting grunt usually reserved for a person at a dinner party who's had just a touch too much wine.
It’s true, of course. It is great… and brilliant and life changing.

A Sacred and Magical Journey of the Heart and Soul — By Anisha Desai Fraser
The most recent PGSG Advanced Retreat at Pangu Ranch in December was the most profound weekend journey, perhaps of my entire life. The teachings were the most detailed account of both Master Ou’s experience and his instructions on how to have a very high morality and noble love. What struck me most was how group practices throughout the weekend allowed me to apply these teachings almost immediately. I could feel with more clarity, the two sides of me struggling, having a conversation with one another that was impossible to ignore. And somewhere in there I could also feel Master Ou’s steady, firm, yet deeply loving guidance and encouragement. I could feel how group practice was helping me analyze, in detail, the right choice, helping me broaden my heart and perspective, allowing me to apply the teachings in action, to both my immediate situation and also my life beyond. Through this experience I learned much about myself and the process of transformation.

My Journey with Pangu Shengong – a profound narration from Dr. Jon, coming from a background of western medicine, alternative medicine and spiritual practice
I totally identify with many people’s feeling of lack of “evidence base” of qigong. The truth is that it is not that qigong has no evidence. The truth is that the west is not ready to look at the evidence! But the good news is that there is no need to do the traditional clinical trials.
With the bottom up western approach, you try to create specific drugs to target specific cells. You want to be as specific as possible. Then you measure those cells to determine success or failure. Then you look at the side effects and then you look at the long term survival rate. It never dawns on anyone to look at the patient’s marital situation as well or his sudden affinity to alcohol as the way to assess success and failure. Since we are not dealing with the root cause of Life Force, blazing “miraculous” success is few and far between. If there were such a drug, you would expect a lot of side effects to come along either now or later.
Then with the top down approach - it is easy. You infuse your body with Life Force. Then ALL levels of your life improve. But you have to be patient to go all the way.
Nine years ago in the depth of my health crisis, I began to be able to see exactly what was going on with healing. And it was at that time that I decided to put Pangu Shengong to the test. I have practise anywhere between 3.5 to 5.5 hours a day for the last 5 years. I know how important it is. I no longer stoop, and the last thing anyone can say about me is that I am slow (ask Olivia). I no longer use any inhalers for my chronic airways restriction. I no longer take any analgesics for any pain. The growth in my foot disappeared. And I suddenly find it easy to do things that I found difficult before. My relationship with my wife has improved immensely. I suddenly no longer need to visit my dentist besides cleaning my teeth and I still haven’t got time yet to teach my dentist qigong and he wants to learn because he has never seen anyone with my severely worn enamel on my teeth improve. My nausea, pain, lumps and bumps.........etc etc all improving.
